Effective immediately, Augustus Williams is not authorized to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or commercially exploit any creative work produced by Sentient Productions LLC or by Jody Tyree on his behalf.
This includes, without limitation:
- Logos and brand identity
- Website design and assets
- Electronic Press Kit (EPK)
- Graphics and edited photography
- Merchandise and promotional artwork
- Marketing copy
- Brand strategy and creative direction
- Any derivative works created from the above
No license or permission is granted for the continued use of these materials without my prior written authorization.

Legal Basis
- 17 U.S.C. § 106 — grants the copyright owner exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the copyrighted material listed above.
- 17 U.S.C. § 501 — any use of these works without authorization constitutes copyright infringement, giving rise to civil liability.
- 17 U.S.C. § 201(b) — absent a signed work-for-hire agreement transferring ownership, copyright in the above works vests in their creator, Sentient Productions LLC.
- Unjust enrichment / quantum meruit — where work was rendered and used without payment, the creator may seek compensation for the value of services and materials retained and used by the recipient.
